1104 3307d 23h werner /branches/iland_regen/ Branch dedicated to playing around with establishment/regeneration.
Goals are:

1095 3332d 16h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/ Adding basic C++ level documentation for ABE classes.
1070 3417d 17h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/src/ bark-beetle wind interaction, now working ...
1062 3425d 16h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/src/ small fixes for ABE,

1033 3589d 00h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/src/ added GPL headers to files where it was still missing (mainly all ABE and BarkBeetle module files).
951 3785d 12h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/src/ many ABE related changes; inter alia:
* syntax checking theme (to detect mis-spelled properties in JS)
* fixed bug in thinning routine (custom-thinning)
* scripting-based approach for initializing regeneration
* thinning routine for selective thinning
...

933 3837d 17h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/src/ removed the locking code again (or made inactive). ATM the costs seem to be much higher than the benefits.
932 3837d 18h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/src/ worked on multithreading enabling for ABE;
created a class MapGridRULock that should serialize access --- found some minor bugs in the rest of the code, but finally I think that this locking-code is not strictly necessary since the treelists are *not* changed by management (i.e. a remove does not change the physical layout of the treelist and therefore does not invalidate any pointers to it). The unit-based approach for multithreading does reduce the chance of issues; there is a small chance of lost updates when updating the biomass pools of snags (i.e. if two trees (on two units) of the same resource unit die at the same time).

930 3838d 17h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/src/ progressing in ABEland.
worked inter alia on the activity thinning.
the abe-harvest-output is still not added.

923 3896d 14h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/src/ working on ABE:
ActThinning and some minor other stuff

914 3930d 14h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/src/ finish of the stand split thing
many other tweaks in ABE land.

913 3931d 17h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/src/ small changes ABE
912 3934d 17h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/src/ start to develop spatial analysis (after disturbances)....
909 3942d 21h werner /branches/port_qt5_64bit/src/ more renaming: now it is hopefully done.
